The cottage is 3 bedrooms,1 bathroom with a welcoming entrance, lounge with newly installed heat pump and fireplace, Sky and Wi-Fi, Dining seating for 6 people, bathroom which includes toilet and shower over Shub, well equipped kitchen, Dining seating for 6 people, 3 bedrooms, laundry, carport and on street parking. This home is 5, minutes' walk to town and Beach. Check out the many restaurants or maybe catch a movie or just go for a stroll down to the lake. The Te Anau Club, and Sports bar or takeaway fish and chips is even closer at the end of the street. Seeing is believing!!
